     Satellite meetings

    Nanosafe 2010 will host 4 satellite meetings for projects active in the area.

    Time for contributions accepted for oral presentations will be 12 minutes + 3 minutes for questions.

     

    All the presentations will have to be uploaded on the conference computer before the beginning of each session without any exception.

     

     Poster session & Prizes

    Poster session will be on Tuesday 16th November. The poster session will be held in the coffee break area of the conference and there will be drinks and canapés served to all delegates between 18h15 and 19h45. Authors are asked to stay near their poster during the poster session in order to discuss their work with delegates.

     

    Delegates will have the opportunity of voting for their favourite poster during the poster session and prizes will be awarded to the winners at the Conference Dinner on Wednesday 17th November. Deadline for voting is 19h45 on the evening of the poster session.

     

    Best poster prizes will be a free annual subscription to NANO Magazine for the first three.

     

    Practical:

    Your poster should be set up in the morning of Tuesday 16th November. All posters may be left up for the duration of the conference.

    The poster stand is suitable for A0 posters (83 x 115 cm) portrait style. Smaller sizes, such as 70x110 cm (portrait) are also suitable. Tape will be provided by conference assistants for attaching your poster to the poster stand. Your poster should be taken down on Thursday 18th November before 17h00. You are responsible for removing your poster from the exhibition. A conference assistant will be available to assist you to place your poster on the correct stand.

     Conference Dinner

    For this edition, the social highlight of Nanosafe 2010 - a conference dinner - will be held at La Bastille on Wednesday, November17th.
